canonet ql17 problems...

ok so i have not been having luck with any of my cameras lately. I have one canonet with a stuck aperture ring this thing is stuck the shutter fires its just stuck, i took it to a local camera place they told me the aperture ring was bent inside from impact damage, the camera is over 20 years old so who knows what happened in this camera's journey. and the other canonet has a sticky focus ring and a film advance that keeps winding if i release it to fast...

i need some help or something with these things, either someone to look at them for me or help me out, ill have to pick up tools to work on them but i need help...
