Can't attach a photo!

Is this the same problem jcrutcher is having? The error message says I exceeded my quota by 15.75 Mb!:bang: Can't attach a photo at the moment.

A wee while ago I received a message saying I had exceeded my daily quota, but I tried again and it worked okay.
