Cat lovers, just for you.........

Found a cool book at the library with excellent cat photos. Called "National Geographic Cat Shots". I am not a cat person, but I immensely enjoyed the photography.

That's the third cat I see loving to schnooze in a sink! The first showed up in a pic portfolio in Photo.net, and the second was in the same house where our very own Ben used to be a "foster" kitty...

And, of course, meow!!! (he's sleeping nearby, keeping me company in his own way)

OK, cat lover I am too, but Whiskey, the cat where i formerly stayed, was a bit over the top. He used to sleep on the stairs so we were always falling over him in the dark; he used to wake up in the middle of his dreams, run down on the stairs like crazy and bang! into the closed backdoor with his head. He used to wait in the front door even for an hour, patiently, to let him out, and when we opened the door, he just turned back in the house, changing his mind.
And, he used to do this (the pic was NOT posed!), especially sunday mornings:

Yup, those all sound like signs of a drinking problem Pherdi. And you have photographic proof!

Miaow!!

Man it's hard to focus at F1.4, and this was with an SLR...
Anyone care to lend me a Bessa with a 40mmm F1.4?? :D

Pherdi, lucky you didn't name him Beer otherwise he would be drinking Jack Daniels! :D

I did not name him anything:) When I moved in, 5 guys were staying there in the house, with the cat, for years already.
At some moment, they admitted that, while it was still young, occasionally they gave the cat some space cake. Funny, and cruel in the same time.

I hear that greyhounds aren't the best choice for households with cats. How is Moses when he catches a cat? Is he a rescued race dog? I considered getting a greyhound like that, but had 4 cats at the time. We rescued a lab mix instead. Molly's buddy Calvin who I don't have a good picture of because every time I aim a camera at him he cowers like it is a gun.

A pair of feral kittens I trapped and am now domesticating. They're sisters but look nothing alike. One is a Siamese the other a bit of a Calico. They're an absolute hoot to watch, what with their antics and playing.

Alright! I'll post a pic of a cat...only together with my Dog:
