This is the "something totally different forum" and Jorge has stated that nothing will be censored unless it contains profanity. At one point he even said "Flame away!" I'm sure the following post contains no profanity. I am stating facts.

Ampguy, you have a filed a dispute claim against me with payPal, demanding an immediate refund for a Leica CL that you claim I either did not ship to you, or that I am responsible that the package to be delivered within a time frame that you have set. My explanation is that the package is hung up in the mail, and that is something I simply have no control over.

I have a challenge for you: If your claim is correct, that I'm trying to scam you, then I will leave RFF forever and never return. If my claim is correct, that the package is hung up in the mail, then will you leave RFF for ever and never return?

It simply irks me to see you posting here as though nothing is going on.

It's frustrating to have a dispute (especially where one's integrity is questioned) when the there is no response to attempts to discuss it. The only communication I have received from ampguy (publically or privately) on this issue is 11 days after the shipping date he demands an immediate (that day) refund, and 14 days after the shipping date he threatens a payPal claim and police involvement. 15 days after the shipping date, PayPal informs me that a dispute claim has been filed by him.

I'm calling you out, Ted. Stand up, be a man, and respond to this issue.

Please don't anyone else respond to this, I'm waiting for Ted.
This is a personal issue between Ted and I, but it does affect RFF as a whole. One of us is shady.

(I edited the number of days after shipping that events took place. I had stated "business"days previously.

For full disclosure, Ted did comminicate with me on 2 other occaissions: 7 days after shipping date he PM'ed me asking when the package would arrive, and then a few days ago after I PM'ed him again asking to talk about the issue, he told me if I had anything to say, i should post it on the PayPal dispute site.)
