What the heck does "focal lengths in 4/3 format" mean?
That means if you would like a lens with 35mm focal length on film cameras, you must choose 17mm in the poll. If you want 28mm, you must choose 14mm. And so on...
To put it another way, focal length in 4/3rd system is equivalent to half of that in film cameras.
