Changing ISO

Hi.
I got my new G2 yesterday. Very excited. However, in my excitement I didn't check the ISO setting when I first loaded the film (it had been set to manual). I later realized what I had done and changed it to the correct film speed.

Will the G2 shoot the whole film at the wrong film speed, or will I just lose the first few shots? (It was set to 320 with a 200 film in)?

Thanks for this forum - it helped me to choose this brilliant camera, and I really appreciate the knowledge here.

320 to 200 is 2/3 of a stop overexposure. And unless you work with slide film, you might not see much of a difference if any at all.

The ISO is reset as soon as it is on the Gs. And the rest of the film will be set either automatically to 200 (if you set the camera to automatic ISO setting) or to 200, if you still try to have tooooo much control.

And maybe your film/exposure combination likes 2/3 stop over more than its nominal 200. Who knows? I overexpose my Kodak 400 UC regularly by keepimng ISO at 320. I like strong exposures more than week ones. But yours went the wrong way ...

I would not sweat it at all.

Just go to automatic recognition and be set for lfe; if, if the meter is correct for the specific film and your taste.
