cheap and well used or prestine and pricy

personally, I rarely find the difference in cost to be worth it to me... looking at cameras as long term investments and commitments... so I feel better dumping money into something that is still beautiful... especially when service costs so much... "some wear" maybe ok, but I like nice looking things... so I guess it's fondle and use for me.

PS The way I described it to KEH while making a purchase, "If somewhat sees it hanging around my neck, will they think it is a 'nice camera' or a beat up old camera?" A "nice camera" can have marks when you look close (IE. isn't "pristine"), but doesn't have to look beat to crap, like you'd wonder if it actually works.

Well Thank you all! I ended up getting it, along with a Zeiss 35mm f/2 Biogon from the Adrian as well. He still has another nicer m6 and a 50 summicron version 6 for sale. As I figured he is on this forum and saw my post here:) The camera was actually in much better shape than I thought from the original pics. Jus brassing and surface scratches in the paint. tomorrow ill shoot a roll through it and see what comes out!
