A HU: at the Sydney Camera Markets I picked up a few bricks of 12/2014 expiry 35mm Agfa APX100-36 for AUD$3.50 a roll to try out. Developed in Rodinal the results look fine to me so it's cheap shooting at that price. There's some recent image samples in my Gallery. It's $4 for one brick and you can bargain for $3.50 for 2+.

You can buy it from Super8/Smile Please at Newtown. I don't think they've kept it refrigerated but I've developed 3 rolls so far without any problems.

For any of our US members reading this, keep in mind that the AUD is around 75c to the USD and film here is very expensive - typically AUD$10-$16 a roll for bw film. Fomapan at AUD$6 is the best deal we can usually get for in-date bw film (from Chris at Blanco Negro in Redfern). When people in the US complain about the cost of film we just roll our eyes down here :D
