No offense, MArk, but why is that funny. They paid their tourist $$ and seem to be enjoying themselves. They won't post on this forum but at least they can prove they were there.

I take pix of tourists taking pix also.

I remember being in Yosemite at Tunnel View a spectacular and classic view point where El Cap, Half Dome and some of the waterfalls are visible and seeing this bus arrive, tourists disembark and then proceed to turn their backs on the view and photograph one another next to the tunnel.

Basically, THIS is what I hate (wait for it...) about digital CAMERAS- We all want to look at the screen.mw_uio said:This is the classic example of tourist's on vacation!![]()

Sometimes it's better not to get distracted- even by convenience. I'd rather keep looking at the world, and look at my pictures later, when I'm not moved to do anything else. Now, if somebody built a digital camera exactly how I wanted it....

The best camera is one that still works!
Maybe they're checking their historograms ... calculating an improved exposure for the next shot!

If there were no mass market cameras, then manufacturers would have to price their more capable models even higher. Film would cost several times more than it does.
