With all the bag talk recently, I decided it may be a good time to replace my 12 year old, frayed canvas messenger bag. This has been my daily bag for work since I was an intern. I looked online and settled on either a medium Timbuk2 or Chrome.
I ended up with a Chrome bag off ebay (they're pretty expensive brand new) and got it yesterday. Great bag. What was amazing was their customer service. The metal D-ring was out of place, so I called them in SF about the problem. Even though I got it used off ebay, the guy walked me through it, and emailed me step-by-step photos on how to fix it. Awesome.
