Cintagon 50mm f/2.8 disassembly

I have a 50mm Cintagon (f/2.8 model) from an Argus C44 that appears to have some marks on an interior element. To me, they look like condensation has collected and made water marks.

Has anyone successful disassembled one of these lenses?
