Hi, I just got a CL in good condition.
I love it as a P&S Leica.
But I found out my CL's double image is not aligned in vertically.
I read Leica M models have a screw you can adjust the alignment.
How about the CL?
I need your help.
Thanks.

It's not fun to adjust. The Cl has a little plastic cap up top that covers the adjustment screws. There are two screws, and they are "concentric". An inner screw and an outer screw. The vertical alignment must be done before horizontal alignment. You need a split screwdriver for the concentric one, as i recall. The mechanism can be damaged easily, so be careful.

I have done it myself, using a tripod and aiming at infinity (to make sure that the horizontal adjustment was not impacted). Provided you're not brutally trying, there is no risk, nothing to lose. Aand if you're not satisfied with the result, then...simply back to the starting point: send it to Leica for a readjustment
