Just got my IIIG back from Youxin Ye. Let me start of by saying he did a great job, and communicated wonderfully throughout the process. The Process lasted one week exactly. He prefers USPS Priority mail, and this worked perfectly for me. He cleaned out the haze in my rangefinder and adjusted the speeds. The Vulacanite was chipping in places, and he offered to remove it for me since he had camera apart already. I can now put on a new skin of my choice.

His prices are very resonable and his work is top notch. Others have already said this on the forum, but I was just so impress wih how my IIIG feels now, that I had to comment.

I highly recomend him and he can be contacted at <wye7@yahoo.com>

Thank you,
Gonzalo

I agree 100%

Youxin did the CLA on my 1943 IIIC K Grey and took extra special care with the screws (which are painted) and overall did a fantastic job, the rangefinder is bright and crystal clear the film advance nice and smooth like new!

I send all my Leica`s to him, now, I`m 100% satisfied :)

Yep ... he's the man! Bought my 1930 1a back to life after I broke it and actually had to make a small part for the shutter speed mechanism.

The thing that I like about Youxin is he's such a great guy to deal with ... he answers emails promptly ... makes helpful suggestions for problem cameras and is very reasonable.

He fixed up my IIIc. Works like a dream now. Basically looks and acts like it was new.
He did exactly the same for me. Plus because I live close by he's done a couple of fiddly little things that I'm too clumsy to attempt in one day! Definitely one of the good guys and I'm not surprised you had a great experience with him Gonzalo!
