Classifieds - How to sell and get paid in 2022

Can you help me?
I rarely sell anything. And moving between Cyprus and Australia I have gear in both places.
So I decided to let go one almost unused M240 and some almost or never used lenses that I have in Cyprus. There are boxes and all documentation for everything and everything is as new, some things are never used. I want to list them in the classifieds but am unsure about posting and getting paid.

How do we go about this and what do people do about getting paid? I don't like the idea of sending things without being paid. I no longer use paypal and $bay. I naturally have a bank account or could use one of the payment platforms.

How would you go about this?

Generally, the buyer pays first and then you send the item. PayPal seems to be popular still for this. Ultimately, it is up to what the buyer and seller are comfortable with.

I've bought and sold several things on the site, best price to sell that there is. PayPal has always worked for me, there have been a few minor hiccups but I always got my money and my sellers have always gotten paid.

How would you go about this?

No buyer in their right mind will send payment by bank transfer
as that leaves them with no recourse if the sale goes bad.

Paypal is the internet payment standard as Paypal is the best way to protect both seller and buyer.

If you don't take Paypal payments, as the site owner, please sell elsewhere.

besides, you must pay for the classified ad by Paypal 🙂
