I'm still getting the text all run together and jumbled. Here's a screenshot of one of my ads, which is supposed to be for two separate items, a 300mm lens, and a Nikon camera body.

Disregard my PM - thought for some reason that I had gotten banned from the classifieds, when right on the cusp of a brilliantly written ad. 🙂

Still getting email notification for ads, despite not being subscribed to the classifieds forum.
And still getting this error message when I follow the link to turn off the subscription that shouldn't be on to begin with:

Most of the problems with the new software seem to be resolved.
IF you have an ad in the classifieds whose formatting is no the same as before (some were reformatted properly, some not)
Please edit your existing ad in the new software so your paragraphs indents will re-appear. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but even the writer of the software does not know why that is happening.

I've seen two people say that their PM's haven't been working in the comments on Ad's. I haven't received any PM's on my ads since the change and I'm starting to worry. Can we get that tested out?

I sent a Classifieds PM yesterday. It didn't show up in the Sent folder so I assumed it didn't go through and sent a message via the normal PM system.
I'm pretty sure the initial message was sent but was sent by email instead as the seller replied. The initial lack of confirmation was unsettling but I think it was working.

My new feedback hasn't shown up. Another thing for the list!
George was sick most of last week with food poisoning, which slowed down trouble shooting the new classified software.
Its presently set up to use emails, not PM, to communicate.
Feedback is left by going to the profile of the seller in the classified software.
The search function does work. Make sure you have set it to the right time period for the ads.
SFAIK, no one is still getting false notifications.

I havent tried to buy or sell anything since the update, so I cant comment on what everyone here is discussing, but I would like to add that thumbnail previews dont work on Chrome or Safari for me. They work fine on Firefox, though. Running on OSX 10.9.xx
In Chrome and Safari, I can only click the link to view the large images, cant click through to see the larger preview images on the left 🙁

Is the PM system broken or is it my computer?....tried to send numerous PM's regarding ads in the classifieds to no avail.

I think the PM system is broken per some emails in lieu of PM's.
It seems that the Classifieds settings have been changed. So when you send a message by selecting "Contact Seller" in an ad, you're actually sending an email instead of a PM. The PM system itself seems ok, just not linked to ads anymore. Here's hoping the settings soon get reverted to how they originally were.
