Cleaning the CLE rangefinder, how?

Lately I've been wanting to clean the rangefinder on my CLE, it seems to have developed a tiny bit of fungus on the inside. There's also a lot of dust on the inside of the viewfinder that I would like to get rid of. How do I approach?
