Click on M2 shutter dial

This morning when I picked up my m2 to take a picture I noticed my shutter dial was clicking when I turned it all the way to 1/1000 and then when I was spinning it back it would make a little click as i passed over 1/15. I dont recall this happening before, and I was wondering if any of you know why this is happening?

Doesn't it click on a detent for every shutter speed?

its not like a click like its snapping into place, its almost sounds like you are taking a picture, I just got off the phone with Sherry Krauter and she said that its the slow shutter speed assembly and its perfectly normal, I must just not have noticed it before.
