Close up with my M6TTL ?

Yup, that's the thread, Wayne ... I'm SO glad I'm not imagining things! Well, uh, that's stretching it a bit. 🙄

After much deliberation I settled on a DR Summicron for the M6TTL. I bought one off the forum, and recieved it today.

So far all is well. I unscrewed the black thing so it fits, and the eyes seem to line up with the viewfinder.

I'll post a couple photos after this roll is finished.

Well here are a couple shots from the DR Summicron.

The first is an orchid closeup with the eyes attached. The paralax is right on and the focus was dead on as well.

The second is my girl and our dog without the eyes. Just to show a little more about the lens, not an artsy shot by any means.

Both were really low on contrast because the lens has a little haze, but I'll send it off soon and use my black tabbed summicron while I wait.

Nice stuff Mitch! 🙂 I recently sent a rigid 50 to Don Goldberg (dagcamera.com) and it came back like new. Highly recommended.
