The 75 lux can focus down to 75cm which should cover about the same area as the DR at 48cm.

The Cron 75 focuses down to 0.7m. The Macro Elmarit 90 gets even closer with the adapter.

The 21mm SA 3.4 in M mount can focus down to 16 inches. That makes for some interesting shots.

The LTM Nikkor 50/1.4 focuses, uncoupled, down to 18 inches, if I'm not mistaken.

And an Auto-UP II attachment from the 1950s will allow a 50mm lens to focus down to 14 inches. These cost about $25 on EBay. Each version must be specifically matched to a lens. For example, my Auto-Up II is matched to Nikon SPs/S3s and 50/1.4 Nikkors.
