I don't know where it is, but the cloud is mammatus - indicative of high turbulence/instability

Thanks Lynn. I should have known that - my brother has a PhD in meteorology. From the poster's name and the flora I'm getting the impression that perhaps its in South America somewhere?

Anyway, it's a sensational cloud (and picture!) I'm enjoying your clouds too, Lynn.
