Hmmm... my photo database lists 1041 rolls of film to date. Some of those are only 10-exp rolls, but most are more.

I'm struggling to play gypsy jazz a'la Django Reinhardt. People who play that music like to say "the first thirty years are the hardest."
I put 400 rolls through an ancient Nikon F that was sold by Stanford University...it was documented by some sad accountant to have run 1500 rolls on a copy stand. Wish I still had it. But a few years later I shot 300 rolls in one year with a then-new Canon F1...for MONEY! And my main camera at the time was a Toyo G.

Fortunately/unfortunately, you can hit 10k easy with digital. I hit 6k shots in about 1 year with the little A70, and 10k in 8mths with the DReb. I'm trying to do about 1 roll of b&w a week, and on vacation I'll usually do 8-20 rolls in addition to digital shots.
