Anyone ever taken one of these apart?

This is the first version (non-pancake) in LTM. The focusing on mine is slightly too stiff. I was able to remove the mount and the first helical easily - it’s just unscrewing a few screws. After that, however, I’m stumped. How does one remove the focus ring and access the other helical?

Hope one of you can help me solve the puzzle!

I only did it with PII, but I think they are all the same.

Thanks, Ko. But it looks like the design changed considerably between the C and P editions. Nothing in the link looks similar to my lens.

Did you ever have much luck with disassembling the color skopar?
I have the same copy you were talking about and the aperture ring is quite stiff.
