Leica LTM Colored rangefinder patch

Every now and then I see mention of a yellow rangefinder patch in an early II or III Barnack camera. I really like this idea - my Canon IVSB2 has it - but I cannot find a definitive list of which early Leicas also had the colored patch. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Wasn‘t is an accessory to screw in instead of the original window?

There is an accessory but this was supposed to be the standard color without the accessory.

OKARO is orange. The original color of the RF image was yellowish.
