The Mamiya Six folder was my favorite 120 RF ever. So small yet such a great package with accurate focus. I had mine for a whole month. Bought it without the pressure plate then borrowed my friend Gary's pressure plate to use while I looked for another. Never found one and so I returned it to the shop I got it from. That was such a great little camera.

Lighter than your M6, and possibly NOT bigger.
Find a Voigtlander Perkeo II 6X6. Comes with a nice Color Skopar 4 element lens in a Synchro Compur shutter. It's a great camera but not as reliable as the Perkeo I which suffers from an lower quality lens.
If you are lucky there's a 50/50 chance the film count and double shot prevention will work. Personally, I don't trust any of that stuff on the Perkeo II after buying two that worked.... for a short while. But if you take off the top cover and strip out the crappy frail gears that do the filmcount and stop, you'll have a very nice 6X6 and it won't take any more camera bag than your Leica.
This camera has one of the sturdiest front standards and solid build for it's size and weight, that I have handled in owning a number of old folders.
You can mount an uncoupled rangefinder on top. Voigtlander made a nice one and they're easily found on eBay as are the Perkeo's (Dont get a I with the Vaskar lens)
Here's a pick of my "modified to reliable Perkeo II". Use the ruby window for film advance and manually cock the shutter.
This is very close to what you are looking for... in my estimation.

The OP didn´t leave information about his whereabouts. One should be aware that this camera is branded as Fuji 667 in some markets and as Voigtländer Bessa III in other markets. Same camera, different name.
