I've got a nice OM-3 in good shape apart from the rear film door. I know I can swap it for an OM-2 / OM-1 door as I have tried with mine, but neither are cosmetically nicer than the one I have already.

I was hoping to pick up a clean-but-busted OM-10 or some other cheap OM body and use the film door from that.

Does anyone know if all OM bodies use the same rear film door? Kinda hard for me to find out on Google...

As far as I happen to recollect, the film doors of the two-digit models are not compatible with the single digit models. Indeed, according to this chart, the double-digit models did not feature a replaceable camera back.
The exploded graphs shown on olympus.dementia.org confirm this. The OM-3's film door has the item number ZC453600 and features a two-part hinge bolt combined with a spring.
On the graphs of the OM-20 and OM-30 the camera back's item number is ZC501500. The double-digit models use a solid one-part bolt which doesn't appear to be removable.
After checking photographs of open backs I found that the double-digit models lack the little tab which the single-digit models use to disengage the camera back.

Therefore, I'd assume you cannot harvest a back from the double-digit series. But then again, I cannot guarantee, as I've never used a double-digit body myself.
