Hi,
on March the 11th, I placed an add to sell my Bessa. When paying through paypal, I had a request for security reasons on Paypal, that at the end happened that I couldn't pay the add directly. Then I thought that I could just do the 5$ transfer to the RFF account that was there, and that was all. The surprise was that after the payment was made, no add appeared because it was not linked to it.
I sent 2 mails to RFF (rffads@gmail.com)with the receipt of Paypal, asking how could we manage this, but no answer.
It's been almost 1 month and still nobody from RFF has answered me.
I had to place the add again and pay again.
I'm sorry but this is not the way to treat the users.
Of course, I'm affraid that nobody will answer me this post anyway.
Ill wait for the 40 days that Paypal recommends, and if no answer I'll complain on RFF.

To place an ad, you must go thru the classifieds interface.
Sending payment directly to the RFF classifieds paypal account will not place an add.
Likewise that email account is not monitored. You need to contact an Admin or moderator - they are listed in the FAQ among other places.
I have issued a refund for your Paypal March 11th payment.

I was looking on how to contact but I didn't realize that the FAQ could have that info.
I thought that paying directly through Paypal would not work, and I realize it after doing the first payment. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I felt bad when I sent those mails to that mail account and had no answer at all. Now I understand.
