I just came back from an 18 days Euro-trip and brought with me the Fuji X-T2 for digital and the Yashica 124-G for film. Also had my Iphone 6S with me that I use quite a bit for taking pictures and uploading on Instagram.
Shooting with the Yashica on this trip was interesting, only reason I brought it with me was to take a specific shot in London but it didn't happen.
Next trip for me will probably be the X-T2 with XC 16-50mm zoom lens and 18mm prime lens for digital and for film it will be either the FM2 or F3 with CV 28mm and 50mm AI-S

Gotta dig the typography on the Contax.

I've been wrestling with this dilemma for several weeks. It currently looks like I'll take
X100, M2 plus 25 & 35mm lenses, Olympus XA and Konica Pearl III to cover MF and normal lens FL (50mm equiv)
Alternatively .....
X100, Rolleiflex3.5F and the XA
I know I'm more likely to regret taking too much rather than too little equipment. I'd only ever carry 2 of these cameras at any one time, leaving the others back at the hotel etc. decisions .......

In your first set, the M2 + 35 and XA are redundant, although I understand how a XA might be able to shoot where the M2 can't, and the M2 could create images with rendering that the XA can't. So perhaps decide which look you really want, and take either the 35mm for the M2 or the XA, but not both. If it was me, I'd take the X100, XA and Rolleiflex. Or the M2 + 25 instead of the XA if I knew I was going to shoot a lot of wide angle work.
@robert blu had the fortunate issue of shooting with his Leica X1 digital or M7 with multiple lenses on trips. He found himself shooting with the X1 almost all the time until he decided that he would use his M7 in good light and the X1 at night for high ISO shooting.
I have the original X100 as well, and find it to be an excellent 'dedicated' camera as opposed to something you can throw in a pocket for emergencies and snapshots. For my own gear, I'd take the X100 as general camera and the M7 + 25/2.8 and 50/2 for more specialized daylight work.
