Been sorting out my old Domke waist bag and it actually works, holding both the M3 w/ lens and half case and strap + the R4 w/ lens and half case and strap with a whole bunch of other things likely to be needed on location.
Problem is, it is too heavy to wear around the waist so I sling it across the chest with a painful neck and shoulder after a short while.
Time for a decent over the shoulder bag that won't slip! But, which one? I need to make the best choice possible because I have to sell something to buy a decent bag.
The Billinghams...which one? The Pro? The Hadley small? The Combination Leica Bag? All look fine and will work in those situations for dressing up (weddings, etc.) and everyday use, although I will continue using the Domke bag when dirty conditions are anticipated. But, which will hold my gear?
It is all too confusing to look at B&H catalogs and reading the descriptions. Anyone have an idea which will fit the gear but not be too large?😕
