For 135 film I use a Rondinax tank. The daylight loading sometimes doesn't work but I like that it uses only 200ml of solution. It needs a constant rotation which I have motorised.
Here is a jig to do something analogous with a Unicolor 120 tank. I've tested it with 200ml and manual rotation of 15-20 rpm. Usual capacity is 425-450ml. Results were good!
