Contax C/Y lens repair

I have a defective zeiss 50mm f1.7 possibly with loose aperture coupler.

Is there any service in Toronto or Montreal that can quickly fix?

Is there anybody who opened and tried to fix those lenses by himself?

Nortown Photo in Burlington were the authorized Contax repair when Kyocera Contax stopped. They have my RTS 3 body now for a repair -looking for a part. You may try Winball aswell in North York ( I think). He's a Nikon specialist but his site says he repairs all, and comes highly regarded I've read.
