I finally got around to fixing the frame counter on my IIa. It's been bugging me for a long time, and while doing a search for something else, I came across Rick Oleson's page on Contax repairs. There was a drawing showing the teardown of the winder, so that was all the encouragement I needed. That, and it was a rainy day, so I wasn't going anywhere.
