Contax S2 light leak/shutter ?

Hi all!

I recently got my Contax S2. It is in rather heavy user condition but seems to work.
However after developing my first roll I noticed on four frames (not in a row) strange artifacts.
Are those light leaks or is it the shutter? I think it appears on different shutter speeds.

One thing I noticed is that the black, plastic eye piece is loose (it doesn't fall out but wobbles). Is that the reason for the artifact? The light seals seem to be ok.

First place I would check is the film window in the back door. Cover it with a piece of tape then see if you still have light leaks.
