I don't want to disrupt this thread too much (because it's an awesome thread), but something really strange is going on and I'd appreciate a private message from anyone who can explain it to me. Four days ago I posted a comment (#119) on this thread. At that time I attempted to include a photo by using one of the links provided by flickr. Flickr has changed the links they provide and I couldn't ever get it to work. I posted some html, it didn't work, I edited the post and took it out. I tried it a couple of different ways before I gave up and just removed it all. This all took just a few minutes. Now my post is just a short comment. But, for the last four days I've been getting a lot of hits on that same photo on my flickr page showing RFF as the referrer. I don't get it. How is that possible. If you have any clue what I'm talking about, or if you can see my photo (in post number 119), please shoot me a PM. This is really not important, but it's driving me mad. :)

Thanks!
Paul

You have to use the URL of the actual photo file, not just the webpage where the photo appears. (it should end in .jpg or something)
Like so:

Just quote this to see what I did.

Hey, thanks for the reply, but I still don't get it. What exactly do you see in my original post? All I see is this:

Cool thread. There are a lot of great shots here.

That's why I'm confused. How did you get the link to that photo when it's not showing in my post?

Also, when I quoted your post, it just showed my photo...no html or anything. (I deleted the photo from this reply.)

hi

hi

I sent you a PM on how to stop the hits, but if you do want to post your image, just edit your post #119 and put this in there:

replace the "x" in http below with "p"
