Agreed, and stupidity tends to repeat itself as well. Cheers
My first theorem: Stupid people are never infertile. Paris is now dealing with the grandkids of the 1968 rioters.

When I look at all those photos the first thing I think is that most of those folks are now in their 70's and 80's (or already dead) and what do they look like now? Little old ladies and little old men.

Now that´s a heavy handed line you are throwing.:bang:
That could easily be called diffamation.

Dear Colker,
1. define «diffamation» please... may not be the same what it is in Portuguese!
2. I ask you politely to consider that there have been reliable studies published on exactly that topic who the riotous persons in Paris 1968 were and what their family background was.
Thank you.

Back to photography...
There are photos of girls marching with flowers in their hands, we have pictures of destructions, we have students making their propagande in a pacific way, other protesting in a more violent way, fighting, there is an huge crowd demonstrating in a non violent way, we have so many different people among the protesters, supporters of different ideas (by the way which camera is that?), student and workers demonstrating together, general De Gaulle, De Gaulle supporters, pains, not only students here, movie directors and poets, politiciens, marching students again, gaulliste politicians and supporters, volunteers helping wounded people, workers on strike, farmers, and many other interesting images.
For sure it was a difficult and painful time. Was the '68 movement good or bad? Each one has right to his own answer depending on ideas, age, formation, education and many other factors.
But being this a photographic forum I only desire to thanks all the photographers (unknown and amateurs included) who witness the movement in such difficult and risky situation. Thanks , thanks,
thanks, thanks you both, thanks (interesting camera for sure not high-tech
