I've had a few second-hand items from MXV Photographic at www.mxvphotographic.com. Some of their stock is very competitively priced and so far I've not had any problems with it. They're based in Uckfield, East Sussex. Just a happy customer. :)

No, mine is 1002674 - that's a relief :)

All the feedback I've had with regard to Intro 2020 suggests that it'll be fine when I get it back. Just hope it gets here by Friday, then I'll just have to spend the weekend using it - tough eh? :D

Mmmm. I bought one from Mifsuds too as a back-up and haven't used it since I bought it a while ago. Vertical alignment out - not by a lot, but still out a bit. Do you think it's worth sending off to intro2020? Should it always be absolutely vertically aligned?

I also agree with the comments about Commercial Cameras - very professional. The best in the UK.

If it isn't right then just give them a call. Their turnaround is stated as two/three days. I'll update this thread when I get it back.

Depends how annoying you find it using it really. The one I have now originally was very annoying when tested and sometimes made it difficult to focus on non-straight lined objects. Intro2020 do appear to have a couple of day's turnaround from the paperwork that came back with my repaired one via Mifsuds.
 
Camera arrived at 7:00 AM this morning, so turnaround is as quoted. RF alignment is perfect. Loaded some HP5 and will be doing some tests over the weekend. I'll let you know how I get on. This thing is very quiet - much quieter than the RD-1.
