Coverage of the Tragedy in Japan

The first of the three rules recently established for volunteers traveling to the north-east area of Japan to help cleaning up the heaps of rubble is NO PHOTOGRAPHY ....
 
EDIT: Rule #2 was NO SIGHTSEEING. The food problem seems not to be that big anymore.

One of the other two rules was to bring the complete amount of food and water for personal use since support is still not sufficient for the people there. The third rule I can`t remember....

From what I have heard it is now most important to very quickly clean up there and construct new homes for the people who still have to live in the shelters.
