Hi all,
Just bought a new 12mm Heliar, from a very reputable dealer.. When it arrived I discovered a white line running along the inner rim of the outer lip, and some white scuffmarks. I imagined they were scratches into the paint and didn't fancy the headache of posting it back... Now after closer inspection it appears to be some kind of residue, not easily cleaned off. Any ideas what it might be and how best to get rid of it? Perhaps it is polish from the factory or left over from the inking-in of the lettering.
Thanks for any ideas, Iori
