CV 15/4.5 II M-mount Loose?

Hi,

I just recently picked up a 15/4.5 M Mount, and it seems as if the top of the lens (the built in lens hood) has some play laterally. When I hold the base of the lens (the knurled portion, just above the mount), I can wiggle the top a little bit. Also, the aperture ring doesn't seem as snappy and solid as it does on my other CV lense (35/1.4 and 50/1.5). It also seems to have some play, but vertically on the lens barrel (I can shift it a little bit up and down). Perhaps this is par for this lens model, but it just doesn't quite seem right.

I unscrewed the faceplate to see if any of the screws were loose, but they're really tight.

If anybody has this lens and could comment, I'd be really grateful.

Same case here. Got the lens new. Apperture ring, that is under the build in hood, is a bit loose (very little though). Definitely not as tight as on other CV lens I used to have.
And definitely apperutre ring is placed on an unusual place on the lens when compared with other CV lenses.

Thanks Vobluda. Does your built-in lens hood wiggle a little laterally also?

No, hood on my lens is firm.
Anyway, my semple of the lens have still left about 34 months of warranty.
