At first: I have no clue about the RD1 camera, since I'm a film M user.
I have the CV 21 and compared to the (if comparable at all in this) 35mm Biogon ZM that I have, I would take the ZM 21, too, if I would have to choose. (I have the CV21 just due to budget. If that would not be an issue, I also had a M9
