CV 50/1.5 & the Amedeo adapter

Will the CV 50/1.5 in Nikon S mount, mount to a Leica M camera using the Amedeo lens adapter? Are there any negative issues in doing so? I already own the Amedeo adapter. It would be nice to be able to use this one lens on my M2 & a Nikon S2 as well.

RFF member meven was using this combo for a while. Apparently works fine.
