I have been using D-76 for some time, but always with Tri-X. Tonight I processed my first two rolls of Delta 400. I noticed toward the end of the developing time, that the developer didn't seem to slosh around as much during agitation/inversion. When I was done and opened the top of the tank, I saw that it had gotten all foamy which was slowing down the flow of liquid during agitation. Any idea what this might have been due to?

Thanks,

You probably didn't wash the reels and it would be photo-flo residue contaminating your D76... What do you think?

hmmmm... it's been a couple of weeks since I last processed film. I am usually pretty good about rinsing thoroughly, but I was pretty excited to see the results from my newly acquired Brownie Flash Six-20 that I might have forgotten. Well I'm gonna go rinse again since I still have two more rolls to process tomorrow.
