daily carry camera - film

an olympus xa fits nicely into a shirt or pants pocket and is quite handy for impromptu photography:

Nothing whatsoever when you are young with good eyesight, same as Minox35, I found after50 that the figures on the dials were difficult to read.
I particularly liked my Rollei B35, the Triotar seemed every bit as sharp as the Tessar.

Rollei 35 is not difficult, but to me it's not comfortable to use. It's awkward to hold, fiddly to load film onto, and no rangefinder. Each can be dealt with by itself, but not all three at the same time.

The 35 XF is better in all three aspects. I have to say it doesn't look as cool as the 35 though.

Hexar AF. Thanks to global cooling I usually need a jacket and the Hexar fits a jacket pocket like a charm. And when I don't have a jacket I have no problem straping it to my right wrist and carrying it in my hand. I guess that would put me in the picture taking fondler crowd ;)

While I really like those ancient cameras, most of times I carry small cameras like scale focus Electro 35MC for fixed angle of view and Konica Lexio 70 as wide angle + tele, and occasionally small half-frame Yashica.

SLR with pancake? I get almost exactly same as with 35MC. Why carry more weight?
