it's a frankenlens made from the mount of a 35 summicron and an enlarger lens (I believe)

Real Dallmeyer lenses made for leica are in screw mount, for the ilford witness. They are very high quality, collectable, very rare, and very expensive. Oh I wish I had one to use.
