Didn't know you hailed from Guatemala. I spent a summer in the '70s hanging around Lake Atitlan with a Norwegian professor of Anthropology named Kjell Inge. His job was teaching the university students of the very rich about their own indians. Beautiful country.
Now, I went to the website and they are selling two kinds of Piñon. Traditional and chocolate. Which should I buy, oh coffee tutor?
Ted (PS: just switched from Chichicastenango to Huehuetenango Grower Certified Organic "Fabulous medium body, rich complex flavor" - whatever that means. There's a guy in town who is a coffee importer (seth@uniquecoffee.com) who is always laying this stuff on me -"You're gonna love this one" etc).
