Head to your local pro camera shops, the smaller mom & pop type. They usually have fliers, discounts or recommendations on which ones are the one to do. They also know the good places in town to rent lab space if you don't have your own setup.
I found a class here to learn darkroom printing & got a discount from the shop. I just need to find a schedule that matches up with mine.
