DarkRoom in NYC

Hello..
I just found out about this place today on Rivington. http://www.abcnorio.org/facilities/darkroom.html
I noticed some people asking about affordable darkroom rentals in NYC, at 6$ an hour, I don't think they come cheaper than this..
Haven't used them yet, but Ive read some positive things about the place.

Me too jsrockit.A friend used to frequent the place, I think they got funding and are supposed to renovate, and expand the darkroom... havent checked it out yet, hopefully soon.

I'm so old. I remember the place from the late eighties. Back then I was a painter.

beats the hell out of printspaces prices, but it doesn't seem to be a full time dark room which is definitely a bummer. the hours kind of suck, if i am printing i kind of spend a lot more than four hours at a time.


Saturday: 3:00pm — 7:00pm
Wed + Thrs: 7:00pm — 11:00pm

I recall it from then too Cal- and I was painting as well- till about '86.
