'deal breaker'

It's just an expression. Most people understand the meaning.

As in;
I really like the features of this new camera but, for my use, the lack of an EVF means I will not buy it. I just cannot compose on the back screen.

Instead;

No EVF? Deal breaker.

Much shorter.

I won't say it's a red flag. Even if it is.

I don't like any of these cliches, especially the business jargony ones.
So just to be clear; I am neither in, nor out, nor anywhere near any kind of a box.

" going forward "
" right sizing, downsizing "
" the reality is "
" we are going through a process "
" consensus " [ means individually we do not agree ]

:D

And the funny thing is that it rarely is (a deal breaker). Its usually a deal breaker only until something else comes along that counter balances the negative. And usually what comes along is more knowledge or a change in taste. :)
