I haven't seen any change since I started this thread, and my experience today parallels yours, Steve.
Pages take multiple minutes to load, if they load at all rather than displaying an error message. Sometimes pages do load, but no data are displayed. Other times, an incorrect page will load.
I'd send feedback, but I can't get to the feedback page.

Well, they have made NO improvements since this thread started. Been trying to get on their site for the last few hours and get nothing bur server error messages. Finally just bought what I needed on the auction site, and am just about ready to give up on these guys. Why not? They've given up on their customers. The only thing I can think of is that they want you to call them vs going to their site. It's the only thing that makes any sense. No company in their right minds would have these sort of issues w/o fixing them.
I was trying to get on tonight and had the same problem. No matter which of my computers I use -- Mac, PC or blackberry, navigating their site is slow or, like tonight, impossible. I've sent two emails to them complaining but with no response. I've recommended them many times to others based on my many purchases. Just unbelievable they did this to their "improved" website.

i wanted to order stuff from them right after the website update. tried to pay, didn't work. call them long friggin distance, no one picks up. leave a message, no one calls back. i don't buy their lame excuse as to why they don't have a toll free number. toll free numbers are so cheap to get. finally i order again online, i think i had to tell it to save my cc information before it would allow me to pay with it. only shipping option is UPS as well i prefer USPS.
then they send me an e-mail about leaving feedback. i wanted to go complain but the form was down.
i'm surprised they are even able to sell things these days with the problems everyone has been having.
