It is both. The RFF meet is on Dec 8 at Puck Fair at 1pm. There is a second outing on Dec 15 at Pho Bang (157 Mott St, between Grand & Broome) for those interested in trying Vietnamese food.
I would say the Pho Bang meet-up is generally a gear free meet-up. Just eating.
