Developing & Scanning Film: Where?

Please remind me of the best deals available for having rolls of film developed and scanned. There is a lab that offers such a service for about $6 with large sized file scanning. I forgot which lab it is! Thanks.
 
It may have been at my local Costco in Enfield, CT. It's about that price and they are scanning everything at 18MB, then burning to CD. I don't question it or complain about it. I don't know if that's their national policy or just local.

wow, i'm in hartford. do you know if the costco in enfield is unique in that manner or all the other ones in ct do that? 18mb files are much much better than what i'm getting out of wallgreens which are about 1.8mb 🙁 either way, it's good enough to quickly glance at it and see if it's worth something or not and post on the web. 18mb would be awesome though.

i might have to start driving to enfield once in two weeks to drop off some film. oh, and where about in enfield is it? is it close to 91? i'm familiar with the suffield exists, which are 47w/e i think?
 
Confirmed... It is Costco in Enfield, CT. I just did another roll there. I lost the receipt, but it was just under $6.00 for developing film, scanning at 18MB and burning to disc. Take 91 North to Exit 47E. Go Left on Freshwater Blvd. (at People's Bank) and Costco is on your right. BTW, I just got a great set of Michelins there for $60 off their low, low price. I don't know if all Costcos offer the high res scans, you might want to check the one in Waterbury.
